Tees Valley YMCA raises and spends more than one million pounds, each year, on improving the life chances of young people.
We do this by providing accommodation for young people who find themselves homeless or at risk of homelessness, supporting young cares or other vulnerable groups or by providing education and training to young people who, for whatever reason, have been unable to engage with traditional methods of education and now find themselves further disadvantaged in a jobs market already experiencing some of the worst youth unemployment since 1992.
Tees Valley YMCA needs your help, to prevent a generation slipping into dependency by providing personalised support to some of the most vulnerable young people in our community. While all donations, no matter how small, are gratefully received, a donation of £25 will provide a young homeless person with a hot meal and a safe place to stay.
